DELIVERY

We're happy to provide standard delivery service** (except for restricted and remote area in Singapore*), available 6 days a week (excluding Sundays and certain Public Holidays).

Cut-off timing for placing orders:

• Order before 12pm for next day delivery 
• For urgent orders, please check availability via WhatsApp 94559600. Additional Charges may apply. 

Standard Delivery timing:

Monday to Saturday 

• 11am - 6pm 

If a specific delivery time is required please contact us before placing your order and we check availability upon your request. Additional charges may apply.

For timing outside stated timeframe and weddings on Sunday, please check availability directly via WhatsApp 94559600. 

Selected gifting items (Non- perisable products like books and candle) can be shipped with parcel within 3-5working days upon placing order, items via parcel shipping will be indicated in product information. 

**Note: Special Occasions Standard Opening hours and Delivery timing may differ. We seek your understanding that during peak season/occasions (CNY, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & Christmas), we’ll not be able to accommodate specific timing delivery requests. 

*Note: We do not deliver to MBS, Sentosa, Jurong island Tuas, Changi and Seletar airbase, Marina Bay Sands, CBD hotels and shopping malls. If you are unsure please check before placing orders. 

SELF COLLECTION

You may collect your order at our studio location at 

12 Arumugam road #06-03, LTC BUILDING B, S409958
(Nearest MRT: Macpherson MRT exit B - 3 mins walk) 

(Appointment required as we may be out for events) 

Monday to Friday between 11am - 6pm
Saturday 12-4pm
Sunday Closed

📢 NOTE: Our opening hours may vary as we might be out for events on certain dates. Additionally, standard opening hours may differ on special occasions like Valentine’s Day.

SHIPPING 

Selected gifting items will be shipped within 3-5working days upon placing order, items via standard shipping will be indicated in product information. 

 

Note:

For remote area such as Sentosa island, Marina coastal drive, Tuas, Jurong island, Seletar airbase, turf clubs, Changi Loyang & coastal vicinity there'll be additional charge of delivery fee and subjected to driver's availability. 

For deliveries to hotels, MBS, shopping malls, JEWEL, museums, and other restricted zones, the delivery would have to be strictly collected from the main lobby or nearest pick up point by default. Additional charges applies. If you are unsure please check before placing orders. 

Due to the strict safety measures currently we do not deliver to hospitals.

Should redelivery required within the same day or next day, there’ll be charge and subjected to driver's availability.

 

 

 

 

Preserved & Dried Floral required minimal care and maintenance.

• Keep in a cool dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight and humid areas.

• Avoid any contact with water.

• Avoid pressing/crushing the petals as the flowers are as delicate as fresh flowers. 

• Blow with mini air pump/dust blower or cool air from hair dryer from a moderate distance to remove dust when required.

Preserved flower colours and fillers may vary subjected to availability.
