Cancellation and Refund
Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel or refund the full amount for any confirmed orders. If you wish to postpone the delivery date please inform us at least 3 days in advance via email or WhatsApp 94559600.
SEASONAL PICKS
Our bouquets and arrangements are specially created for you with seasonal fresh blooms, therefore, the flowers may differ from what you see in the photos.
Please be assured that we only hand-pick the finest and beautiful seasonal flowers and foliage for each bouquet.
We will make every attempt to pick flowers closest to your order indication, however, as we strive to ensure that only the freshest flowers are picked, the colours or flower types might defer. We may replace the flowers with similar or a greater value.
When you place your order, you agree to let our experts do the magic and create the bespoke bouquet for you at the experts' discretion.
ORDERING
As all our arrangements are specially made for you with the freshest seasonal flowers, we will need at least 1 working days for us to prepare your order.
All orders must be placed at least 1 working days ahead of delivery date and a placed order is only confirmed when you have received the order confirmation email from us.
If payment has been made less than 1 working day, we will contact you via email for refunding of payment. We reserve the right to implement an administration fee in the event of such.
DAMAGES OR MISSING FLOWERS
Our team takes pride in sending every arrangement to your recipient with care so as to delight them.
Only in the very rare instances, the flowers failed to arrive due to an unforeseen delivery incident, or may arrive damaged. If the recipient fails to receive any flowers, or receives damaged arrangements, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a re-delivery on the next available delivery date. For damaged flowers, we will need them to be returned or for photographs clearly showing the problem.
All such requests need to be sent and shared within 24 hours of the delivery to give us the chance to right the wrong. If we believe that there has been an abuse of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy or if there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to resend flowers and to refuse to take orders from customers. If we make such a decision, we will inform the customer of our decision via email or over the telephone. It is important to note that this guarantee does not confer the right to an automatic 100% refund, but only to a fair resolution.
FLOWER HEALTH
It is important that the flowers are cared for in the right and best possible way. Putting them by heat sources or failing to change the water, will kill them very quickly. If we are informed that our flowers have died very quickly, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to resend another arrangement if we believe that there was a genuine issue with the flowers. If flowers have not been properly cared for, we will not resend the flowers.
